The fastest way to get help is to email ugurkilic@live.com from the device you are using. The most common questions are below.
Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Storywick Plus → Cancel Subscription. If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Storywick purchase, and choose "Request a refund." Apple decides whether to grant it.
Open Storywick → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account that bought the subscription. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll fix it.
Single-story unlocks become available immediately after purchase. If your unlock didn't apply, force-quit the app and reopen it, or use Settings → Restore Purchases. Email us if it still doesn't show — we can confirm and re-apply your unlock manually.
Open Storywick → Settings → Delete my data. This wipes your stories, library, and entitlement records permanently. Or email ugurkilic@live.com from the device you want erased and we will do it for you within 30 days.
Tap the report icon inside the story, or email ugurkilic@live.com with a screenshot or the story title. We take this seriously and will respond within one business day.
Ages 3 to 8. Stories are paced and worded for the early-childhood and early-reader range, with a 3–5 minute read length per story.
Generating a new story needs an internet connection. Stories you have already saved appear in your library and can be re-read offline.
